FAQ


Shipping: 

Orders will ship within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Orders are shipped with tracking information for your convenience. You will receive a message from me as soon as tracking is available.

Customization:

I have items that are available to customize, to ensure your order is correct make sure to fill out the customization fields for each item. Items that do not offer customization will not have this available field.

Gift Messages/Packaging:

I work with a collection of weaving facilities throughout the US who do absolutely beautiful work, however at this time gift messages or gift packaging are not an option for my tapestries.

Cancellations:

Orders are submitted to production within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you have a custom order with personalization you will receive a mockup for approval, once the order has been placed and is in production with the weavers it cannot be canceled.

Returns/Exchanges: 

My tapestries are made custom to order, for that reason returns are not accepted once the order is placed. At this time I do not offer exchanges for the custom items in my shop as they are created when they are ordered. If you receive your order and the item is incorrect or damaged please reach out to me within 24 hours of receipt for me to make it right for you.
